playroom + bonus room

my husband and i are looking at a house with a large bonus room upstairs.

i have SO many plans for this room if that is the house we get.

i would love to make one side a studio, but the other side a playroom.  we might need to put a bed up there somewhere too.  surely that can all fit right?

i love maps on walls. guess it's confirmed that i'm a big nerd!

love all the colors.  white chairs are not the most practical in a playroom, but love the lime green!
